We are always looking for candidates with training or experience in hands-on natural resources conservation. However, if you have the aptitude and attitude, we will provide training.
All employees receive on-the-job training and full-time permanent restoration crews receive paid formal training in wildland fire, chainsaw safety, and pesticide application. Full-time Permanent employees also receive paid time off, equipment stipends, and incentives to participate in local conservation organizations and attend professional conferences.
